Three Shopping Lists

Never go to the grocery store without a list. And never go for "just one thing" if you can possibly avoid it. The reasons are: without a list, you are at the mercy of the store's merchandising program and your own memory. You're liable to buy the whole farm by the time you get home. It's a similar problem with going to the store for "just one thing". You may be tempted to "impulse buy". Don't! Just Say No Way to busting your food budget. Prepare carefully, research prices, make a list and check it twice..
